How do i create a gateway to pharmacy account?
Any student older than 18 years can create an account on the Gateway to the pharmacy website. To create an account, go to www.gatewaytopharmacy.thinkific.com, click on "Sign in" and "create a new account" at the bottom of the page. Enter your name, Email address and set a password for your account. Click the checkbox to agree with the terms and conditions, and click the Signup button at the bottom. Once you create your account, you will receive a verification email. Verify your email, and you will be able to log in to your new Gateway pharmacy account.

• I want to change my account information. How can I do that?
Your primary information, including your first and last name and the email address you registered Gateway to pharmacy account with, can't be changed. To change your primary details, you need to contact Gateway to the pharmacy through email at [email protected]. Only clear typos and misspelled names and emails will be altered. Changing either name or email to another person violates our policy. So please make sure you are signing up with the correct email address you regularly use. Our Gateway to the pharmacy may ask for your identity verification before processing such requests.

You can purchase all the Gateway to pharmacy courses /programs/materials from www.gatewaytopharmacy.thinkific.com. You may find our social media posts and links, but all will direct you to www.gatewaytopharmacy.thinkific.com.

Neither amazon nor any other online store is associated with us in any way. You can purchase all our courses and materials only from our website www.gatewaytopharmacy.thinkific.com

•• How do I access the Gateway to pharmacy materials once I've completed my purchase?
After completing your purchase, you will need to log in to your account by entering your email address (you registered with) and password. Once you log in, you will be directed to your personal dashboard, where you can access your purchased stuff. All the content will remain locked and inaccessible if you haven't completed the purchase yet.

We offer discount codes/discounts. However, our discount offers are time-bound and seasonal.

• Can I ask refund after purchasing Gateway to pharmacy materials?
All courses offered at Gateway to the pharmacy are non-refundable.

• Do my Gateway to pharmacy course has an expiry?
Yes. Gateway to pharmacy courses have a validity date. After the expiry, all the content will be locked again, and you have to repurchase it for further access.

• My purchased course is expired. I need to use it. How can I do that?
After expiration, if you need to use your purchased stuff, you can ask for a renewal or extension. It will be granted after fulfilling the requirements according to policy.
